Yes, Asians are a big population in gaming, myself included. But this is also an English language forum where people communicate through their common knowledge of English. It's bad enough to hide behind an internet name, but hiding behind a different language where forum goers primarily communicate in English is a new low in itself.

let's put it this way:
- imagine the whole population of guild wars. millions.
- imagine how many assassins there are. hundreds of thousands.
- how many palm strikes are being spammed? millions.
- how many of these palms do full damage? assign this variable "num_palm_on_naked".
- how many of these palms are on a target with spirit bond on it? assign this variable "num_palm_on_sb".
- palm strike does 13 less damage now.
- net health gain for old palm on 13prot spiritbond was 92-75=17. now, 58 damage goes through. new palm on spiritbond does 58+17=75 more damage than old palm on spiritbond.

damage_lost = 13*num_palm_on_naked
damage_gained = 75*num_palm_on_sb

i ASSURE you. damage_lost will be greater than damage_gained.
cuz out of all those millions of palm strikes, only a fraction will be on spiritbonded targets. probably a few thousand.

i have no way to extract the actual numbers from the game, but i bet it would look something like this:
num_palm_on_naked = 1,000,000
num_palm_on_sb = 1,000
13,000,000 damage lost > 75,000 damage gained

therefore it's a nerf.

Rotflmao, they're referring to HA which is being ruined by baed skill updates. Spirit Bond is a must there on monk bars against 12345-lolspike teams.
